Rumpus Room Team leave for Borneo

Horizon Theatre is about to present our new show, Rumpus Room, at the Rainforest World Puppet Carnival in Borneo, Malaysia. The team has packed their puppets into their bags and prepare to represent Australia beside some the best puppeteers on the planet. Send them messages of support involving the breaking of legs! A special thank you to the New City of Canterbury Bankstown for all their support.

An Alien Adventure in CHP

Last Sunday, thanks to an invitation from our friends at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL, Horizon Theatre had the opportunity to perform its thrilling musical show “An Alien Adventure”. An excited group of local kids sung, danced and smiled their way through the show. We are so happy we had the chance to let Zilima and her friends meet these wonderful children.

Holiday Puppet Workshop

During the recent School Holidays and thanks to our friends at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club, Horizon Theatre was able to provide an exciting puppet work shop for local kids. The workshop was staged in the Club and children made puppets, wrote stories and performed. Great fun was had by all.
