FORMER MasterChef contestant and dessert king Reynold Poernomo was the star of the show at the Campsie Food Festival. Our colourful characters made a positive environmental impact at the Festival as they roamed up and down Beamish St. Anzac Mall were abuzz with activity with plenty of entertainment and food on offer as well.
Up to 20,000 people converged in the heart of Campsie to sample food from around the world, with about 70 stalls offering goods such as monster burgers, gozleme, dumplings, Dutch pancakes, Korean chips, and German hot dogs. Families were also entertained by cultural performances, a show by Earlwood percussion group Junkyard Beats and Horizon Theatre’s very own EK taking the stag with his Krump moves.
